Don’t take children

Well have been before with my grandson. Today called in 07.05.2024 only 1 person in chair. The barber was a very arrogant man with an attitude problem. Explained that our grandson did not like getting his hair cut. What 3 year old does. We waited patiently, the barber informed us he had a frozen shoulder, if he couldn’t do the job why was he in work. When it was are turn we asked if he could sit on our knee, no he said, we put our grandson in the chair, but just explained again he doesn’t like the razor when the arrogant man then said “does he like anything “ to which I took our grandson out of the chair and walked out. He needs a lesson in manners, his attitude stunk. Well we then went over the road and had his hair cut by a professional barber that understood the needs of the child and did not talk down to us. I really hope your shop changes it’s attitude to children. We have used them before with a mature barber who was not patronising and rude like this man today.
